These will be people of good character, with a passion for the broken church, who after a period of initial training, would be participating in the following:

1. Interpret the ministry in his/her locality, referring potential new associates to RM ministries.
    
2. Be available to coach or intervene directly with interested churches and pastors through workshops, seminars, preaching, speaking, consultation, leadership training, group studies or internet support.
